I’ll get cancelled for this but…

is it just me or do the groups of people who hold up the slow/stop signs at roadworks these days always include an unusually young, conventionally attractive female?

All I can think is that the contractors are being asked to comply with diversity requirements. And that they, erm, prioritise youth and appearance in their selection criteria?

Or is this just a Melbourne roadworks thing??

Not obsessed just a fan complaining, just find it rather curious

I know a couple of guys who work in that job. Women actually get paid (minimally) more than their male counterparts. And the pay is ok I’m led to believe. The company’s like to put ladies on the front line to minimise some of the aggro that workers get from drivers. It’s a clear strategy. This is in Geelong/Melbourne. Not sure on pay details in WA or elsewhere

They both have endearing qualities for me

**** you all. Annie owns Brita. Particularly in the first few seasons. Show died when they lost 2 key cast members, had some good moments afterwards but was almost a parody of itself for large parts.
