¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Admit I was in the thought he'd stay camp however have been unperturbed if he goes.

He is a great player but he is not irreplaceable - was always more concerned if we lose KPP like Tex or Talia.

Was prepared if he left to not be bitter but if his " haven't made up my mind " was a lie , he has dropped in my estimation considerably.

That was why I hated the Tippett and Gunston thing - don't bullshit.
If you're going - go - clean out your locker and let us play players that are the future of the club

Motivation for wanting to not come clean ... Brownlow votes maybe ?
True, the spine of any team is far more critical. Which makes the signing of Talia the next epic thread.

This is obviously a time for men with testiculi majorus, but I'm convinced if we work this right we'll be a better side. Guns very rarely bring team success. If we can get two or three very solid players who can use the footy we'll be a better team than having Danger winning it and then Mackay, VB etc at our bottom end. Its all a matter of matching and nailing the compo.

Look at me players have a way of distracting teams as well, ask Blight about McDermott, Andrew Jarman, Tony McGuinness et al

Massive opportunity to come out of this better off, as a team.
I agree that if we do it right we can certainly freshen up the squad and be almost better off. The talent drain from losing the first and second round picks from the sanctions from the Kurt Tippett issue has hindered our progress. Obviously this all hinges on being able to recruit the players but I like how Andrew Fagen and Riccuito are running things and I doubt we will be let down once the dust settles.

I know what you are trying to say, but no matter what positive spin we try to devise it is all shit....

Gunston
Tippett
Bock
Davis
Johnson
Stenglien
Vardy
Dangerfield

To name a few. All were decent players. We are sick of being the whipping boys. How many do we attract to this club? I am talking about bonafide stars?

Sorry.....I am saying it. Boo!

Not arguing your point but Vardy doesn't belong on that list - we got rid of him.

... Then I WILL be # concerned

He's not going to be a match winner at Geelong

They need 3 or 4 Dangerfields after watching them lose to the Pies
I get the feeling he will crave the attention he had at Adelaide at Geelong. Problem is that he will need to earn that at Geelong. Im sure he will end up rubbing a few players the wrong way. Anyways, time will tell.

Completely agree.

But then of course you will get your flogs come out and say "ohh **** off, so what, now that he's leaving Dangerfield is no good?" and etc etc.

Hate to see him go, I really do. But deep down I think the club can come out the other end of this better off. People will say you're off in the clouds with your optimism, but given A) the current list profile of our club and B) the players that are on the market this year it's a real possibility, otherwise I wouldn't believe so.

Big October coming up for the club, and an even bigger test for Fages, Roo, Reid and Ogilvie. And until proven otherwise, I will sit here and remain quietly confident that we could walk into 2016 with a better starting 22 than what we finished with in 2015.

That would be even more embarrassing for us.
Why, he has decided he wants to be our enemy. Stay away from the B and F and sit elsewhere at the brownlow. He has taken all he can from the club and given nothing more in return, first chance he gets he leaves, a disgrace to the #32.

I think its easy to be upset now, because there is the unknown. When there is clarity with the compensation/trade, that could change things around big time.

There are some potential young SA kids that have shown a lot of promise that are available.

name a better midfielder than Danger who is also on the market, there isn't one.

he is comfortably the most desirable player, hence top tier IN TRADE VALUE.

I'll also point out that the whole point of using the word tier is that it doesn't mean that anyone or thing in each tier is necessarily equal.
Charlie Dixon is probably the best forward on the market at the moment. Doesn't make him Tony Lockett.

I kind of agree

An announcement has to be made before all that

My comment last week " if he's going then go " (although I got a large font bolded response ) I stand by

If he didn't know and was still deciding - fine - but if he has made up his mind, he is no longer a Crow player and sadly that's how the club should treat him. It's time for pragmatism now.
