Be honest, you ordered the pie pizza, didn't you?
I try to keep it simple with Pizza Hut, it gets confusing if you get gourmet on them.

Oh, I thought you said pizza pie. Honestly, I contemplated it. For pure morbid curiosity reasons, but I thought better of it.

Pizza Hut all you can eat was only good for the soft serve.

Or am I remembering sizzler?

Anyway... ice cream.
Both had great soft serve

Can confirm that Pizza was had here tonight. Was planning on steak, but the wife was sick, so picked up something for me and the kids :D

That was the only reason we ever wanted to go to Charlie's as a kid. Food wasn't that great, but you got ice cream, lollies, jelly and pudding after.

Ok for those who enjoy authentic italian style wood oven pizza there is a cracker of a little place in the back streets of campbelltown. It's only open Friday and Saturday nights and a lot of the times they are too busy to take orders and will only do dine ins. When you order they don't even give you a time they just say they will call when the pizza is ready. He's like the soup nazi from Seinfeld.

I once had a pizza in New Caledonia. It has some special cheese (not mozzarella) and ham and potato. It was just like a potato bake and it was absolutely delicious. Wouldn't mind if this was a flavour for chips or shapes.

My absolute fave pizza in the history of the world was a yak pizza in Lhasa in Tibet. Room service in the Sofitel - no less! No amount of money in the world can buy a better pizza.

Yak milk, on the other hand….. rank; and you can smell it a mile away.

Contiki tour August 2003, round the corner from the pantheon in Rome. Had a local Adelaide Italian on tour with us so he ordered and we got local not tourist prices. Thin crust four slices of really large salami, sauce and a little cheese. With beer, seven euros and the best damn eye candy I've ever seen walking by in the evening sunset - the ambience and visuals probably made the memory more favourable in hindsight but still good nonetheless!!

This thread still off topic I see....just for the record the Thai Green Chicken Curry at Cafe Michael 2 in Rundle Street is the best I've ever had and that includes Thailand...amazing stuff. Lunch time special with a Singha beer for 22 bucks....you'll find me there once a week...

Best fish and chip? Soto's in Semaphore.
Best Pizza? Cafe Fellini on O'Connell Street
Best take away? Beyond India
Not sure I'm keen to return to a cafe where bikies like to hang out...

Beyond India cater well at events, so I try to go for different Indian restaraunts. Had Charminar tonight & they are always good.

Agree cafe Michael 2 is awesome - had lunch there on Tuesday which was a chicken curry ;) Orientai also does Thai & other Asian fusion very well. Tom yum soup tastes just like on Thailand.

Beyond India is much more than the event food truck. Their restaurants are very good too.

Forgot about Fellinis, awesome pizza joint. Fish and chips..... there used to be a real good one in Tea Tree Gully but think it closed, that one in Semaphore is a ripper though.

Best yiros ?? Souvlaki Bros in Glenelg for mine.
Best yiros are in Greece with the 6 chips...
