does anyone reckon pascoe vale have a chance at the premiership?? i know moonee valley and haddie r good but finals are a different ball game all together and i gotta feeling pascoe vale r stepping their game up

Pacco really have hit their straps. I expect them to make the 5 but we will know more after they play MV and APW in 15 & 16. They will smash Jacana this week and then boost their percentage the week after against KP.
Anyone want to have a shot at the final ladder. This grade is so close that no one can afford to drop a game with only two games between 1 and 7 and 9 teams still a chance to make it.
MV, despite having lost two games this season will probably go undefeated from here on in. Big call but with their senior players back in theyll be most consistant come the big games/ finals etc..
PV are decent but are carrying a few blokes.
You'd have to be aiming for MV right about now but.
Should be a cracker 5 weeks all the same.

alot of talk has seemed to die down on hadfield. i take the coach has purposely kept certain players in the seniors and pushed players from the cs up, which has led to their recent form.
Hadfield are still the team to beat, they had roughly 7 out against MV and the same against jacana and tulla. I think the coach has done this to keep the pressure off them to avoid a repeat of being the dominant team in the home and away season last year and then being embarrassed in the granny by TL.
Good coaching move, however i still feel they are a 10 goal better side then MV, Tulla, APW, PV at full strength and have much more depth. Top 5 should be in no order haddy mv apw tulla pv

I heard that Haddy seniors had 5 Under 18s playing against Tulla on the weekend. I don't think it will be the U18 coach that is doing this but the seniors playing their best side each week. Could be some interesting choices for the U18 boys come finals time. Certainly Soncin and Steve G would choose a Senior final over U18 but what about the others?

maybe haddie are pretenders.. they need to stop sooking about the players playing seniors.. every club has to deal with that not jsut them
and there is no chance that haddy are a ten goal better side then tulla and apw.. tulla made them look 3rd rate on the w.e

Taylors Lakes in a thriller over haddy great win on there behalf! Keeps things nice and interesting with only a few rounds remaining.
Hadfield to good for APW with both Stevie Gee and Soncin both in the ones. In my opinion still the team to beat this year. Airport West just couldnt go with Hadfield and have stamped there authority back on the competition.

A massive round for the teams fighting for the finals this week. The loser of NS and APW will drop out of the 5 and PV will come in. PV will be looking for a 30 goal win this week to boost their %. Jac and Roxy must both win to keep their slim chances alive. Could be a very ineteresting game. Will Jacs lose the plot if the game is out of their hands....... Finally TL and MV with the TL boys thinking they are coming good again at he right time. If they lose it will make it hard for them to make the 5. MV are going to want to hang on to that top spot as well.

See TL had Younan play against MV and his 5 goals looks like they were the difference. TL are right in the hunt now, will he play against Haddy to stitch up the finals spot??
haha what a surprise. MV still my prediction for the flag however.
NS were outrun on the weekend. APW disposal was good but look very vunerable when play doesnt go their way or when their timing is off.
NS playing for pride this week against Haddy in the local derby.

Bad luck for Pacco, if they lose it's just about over cause of their bad %.
If roxy get over tullamarine next week then theyre home. 3-0 to finish the year.
Taylors have Haddy next week which could put them 2-1 to finish the year.
PV with MV and APW in the coming weeks youd have to expect them to finish 1-2 along with NS who have MV and HADDY.
If roxy dont beat tulla then Taylors will slip up with their healty percentage. cant go back to back can they?
