So the old dear's not quite dead yet. The local council has applied for a heritage listing for the stadium (don't laugh just yet as a similar listing exists for the glasshouse) and Insane Wayne is not happy.
He is really sorry as the money was to go to the 10 Vic based clubs, who will now suffer as a result.

Perhaps I dreamt it but wasn't he saying last year that the money was for colonial stadium, the push into NSW and junior footy. Why the change of heart.
Gee guys I was going to help you little clubs out with the money I got for waverley, bow the bad old local council is getting in the way so I guess you'll have to go bust after all.
Like Kennett before him, Jackson and his faceless cronies might just learn that if you actually work WITH people, not treat them with contempt, they might be a bit more co-operative and help acheive the best outcome for all.
Either they learn or they're history (about time)

2. Who will be re-locating to survive ?
