Terry Waters was recruited from Dandenong
His older brother Bryan who had 5 games with Hawthorn also played with Dandenong and won the JJ Liston Trophy in 1959 Still kicking at 82.

Originally from Victorian Football Association (VFA) club Dandenong, Terry Waters transfer application to Collingwood was originally denied by Dandenong and he was required to go to the Supreme Court to have writs issued to allow him to make his VFL debut in 1963. So he went without a clearance from Dandenong
 
Former Collingwood player Kevin Pay died earlier this month aged 80. Pay played 19 games for the Pies between 1960 and 1962, kicking 31 goals.
