Been away all day, caught up on everything on kayo, been such a magnificent partnership from 2 very talented cricketers but as I predicted late yesterday I had ultimate faith in this Karen Rolton Oval pitch.

At the ground on Thursday I thought it would get up and down but the pitch was actually more up and down early yesterday and all sideways movement disappeared post new ball. Got to call it out though Queensland’s line today has been horrendous so wide all day and over pitched way too much especially early to these 2.

I remember when Sangha was tossing up whether he’d move across I said at the time he’d be the most talented batter the team had recruited from interstate since Siddons. Glad he proved that this season…
