It seems 4-5yrs after the draft is a fair indication on who the best are likely to be.Walsh definitely looks to be playing injured. But Rozee looks much the better player based off his last 18 months regardless of Walsh's health.
It’s Tom Atkins the guy who finished top 5 best and fairest in last years premiership side.I didn’t realise the Atkins twins are still so young. I assume you’ve got Simon at 6 and Paul at 9 based on what they’ve achieved so far.

Yes, he's so good you listed him twice. You also listed Nick Hind and Liam Stocker as better footballers than Bailey Smith. All the best. It’s Tom Atkins the guy who finished top 5 best and fairest in last years premiership side.

my bad on both ! I would have Smith at 6 ahead of Atkins for what it’s worth.I'm putting it out there:Port smashed that draft.
Butters and Rozze are a major reason we are winning. Our midfield is covering for a lot of our teams short comings.
Add in Duursma who plays well when he finally strings games together and then gets an injury, impact injuries.
Huge credit goes to our recruiting and drafting departments.
I'm putting it out there:
1. Butters
2. M King
3. Lukosius
4. Rankine
5. Rozee
6. B King
7. Walsh
8. Blakey
9. I Hill
10. B Smith
My top 20, based on what they have achieved, how they are tracking, their ceiling, their position and current form:

Yeah looked at him, had a decent year last year but has taken a while to get going. Maybe I don't watch enough Essendon games but he hasn't really caught my eye.Don’t rate Caldwell or an oversight?
I'd have Isaac Quaynor in there well before Bobby Hill.I'm putting it out there:
1. Butters
2. M King
3. Lukosius
4. Rankine
5. Rozee
6. B King
7. Walsh
8. Blakey
9. I Hill
10. B Smith

Max King way too high based on his output so far - not even 100 goals as a stay-at-home KPF in nearly 5 years is nowhere near the level. Quaynor for one has him well covered to this point of their careers.

Not sure what stats you are looking at but he's kicked 120 goals from 3 seasons and 2 games.I'd have Isaac Quaynor in there well before Bobby Hill.

Max King is the MAN.I'd have Isaac Quaynor in there well before Bobby Hill.

Okay, I see what my problem was - his 2022 stats had stopped early, dudding him of about 40 goals. Not sure what stats you are looking at but he's kicked 120 goals from 3 seasons and 2 games.
No one would take a small forward with a questionable kicking technique over a rolled gold mid.I'm putting it out there:
1. Butters
2. M King
3. Lukosius
4. Rankine
5. Rozee
6. B King

I know it's blasphemy to downplay someone from your own team, but I'd honestly put Lukosius ahead of Smith at this point. Smith's ceiling is enormous (Carlton and Adelaide games this year, North and Pies games last year, 2021 finals, etc.) but his kicking is close to worst in the league this year. It's technically sound (good spin on the ball, rarely shanks it, good penetration on his kicking) but he overkicks it majority of the time and struggles to hit targets, plus his defensive game is very poor. Meanwhile, Lukosius has kicked 5 three times this year after showing massive promise in defence over the last couple of years. I'd go as far as putting Luko ahead of both Kings but that's personal preference1. Rozee

3. Walsh

The Crows actually have pick 3, pick 9,pick 14 and pick 16 from the 2018 "Superdarft" and only 1 of them is any good. Amazing Really.Chaycey Jones and Ned McHenry 1 and 2 for mine
