Already having problems with managing his money. I heard he may have bought one of Beams’ tables with the powder coated steel legs.

I know you're not knocking the legs because even to the casual observer they make the the whole arrangement feel bespoke and add a unique bougie touch to the piece.

Reef video was average (literally) imho. Looks like he could be a good average player with commitment and work. Wouldn't want to pay too much
I don't know anything about this kid and would trust those in the know but his highlights don't make me excited. Looks to play both sides of the body but looks a bit clumsy/unco.

How do people know he has a bad attitude? At face value, he seems a great prospect. a 192cm mid who can play forward. Injuries are a concern

Horrible prospect, the very definition of a lottery pick and will only last 1-2 years in the system on minimum salary before washing out because the CBA says so.

That’s the spirit. When the club recruiters read this thread now, they’ll know not to bid on him.
just my impression. happy to be proved wrong!
fwiw, i dont usually comment on draft topics as i know little about it, but I cant stop thinking about footy after the weekend's match

I am sure he’ll do so, he’s a good prospect imo. He showed in his underage year that he could play all areas on the ground. Has the freakish ability to kick goals and then at the other end he could play a lock down role.

In the couple of games he got to play a full time mid he was able to show that not only he could find the ball but really be aggressive with his tackling. Skills are ok but in my view he needs to work on his kicking. Not to say he’s a bad kick.

This year would have seen him play a lot more minutes in the middle and he would have been in the conversation for a top 10 pick quite easily imo. If he drops down into the second round we are getting a bargain and I don’t think people should be too worried about it, always hard to judge a kid on his underaged video 👍

He already knows this Apex36 but he still keeps “poking the bear“.
I’m willing to keep an open mind. PS has changed his attitude significantly since starting on this forum, and the spectrum is so varied it’s almost impossible for anyone to know the ins and outs, particularly if they don’t have much or any experience with it. It’s ok to challenge Dave with a question on what he’s written provided it’s not a full on attack, which I don’t believe it was in this instance.

He did show some promise in his underage year but he's clearly flushed all of that down the toilet and would be lucky to get drafted at all now after going completely off the rails in 2020.

He'll be sixth round pick at best this year if he gets selected at all.

Actually I'm not poking the bear at all, and I have "changed" in regards to how I interact with Dave. Despite reaching out to you privately and expressing my regret at how I behaved when I first got to this forum you seem to have maintained some kind of grudge against me, whether it be indirect comments attacking me and questioning my motives for making comments, such as in this thread, or completely ignoring any contribution I make but "liking" comments that challenge football-related opinions I have. Or how about that laugh react when I responded with a perfectly reasonable comment to your comment about the salary cap?

My question to Dave had literally nothing to do with his personal situation, or at least it didn't in my mind when I asked it, but it's an observation I have had that Dave does not really like people making jokes in threads, such as the Tom Wilson jokes that were made when he first signed to the club and the McInnes jokes being made in this thread.

Please reconsider this burning hatred you seem to hold towards me, and think about channeling these energies into something more productive.

Just wondering if anybody here has actually seen Reef play. (Live in the flesh I mean, not on video). If so what was your'e impression.

McInnes is rated relatively highly, he won't be a rookie pick IMO.

Hopefully we don't sell the farm for him, but I doubt we will as we will have to bid on a very early pick for Nick Daicos next year.

It seems your humour/sarcasm radar was turned off while reading this thread.

I heard Reef isn’t his real name, just a nick that he picked up relating to his ‘habit’.

Late/rookie pick.

Spare me the dramatics............and don’t flatter yourself.

By the way I will always defend Dave here.......that’s what mates do........maybe find another hobby.

I'll spare the dramatics if you can find a way to be a bit more civil towards me. I was not attacking Dave, nor making fun of him. I would appreciate it if people don't try to make assumptions about me being a toxic person.

Go read Apex’s response again and stop being a drama queen.........no one called you toxic and I apologise for using the 😆 emoticon it obviously hurt your feelings.
I think it’s time to drop it mate. Can we please just try to take it at face value that PS wasn’t intentionally trying to have a go at Dave and leave it there?
