The Madley and Me Photoshop was probably my favourite from what I've been reading on Twitter.

Premier League referee Bobby Madley was sacked after sending an inappropriate message on social media featuring a picture of a disabled man, Sky Sports News understands.

It is understood the Snapchat message suggested the 32-year old would be able to win a race against the disabled man on a school sports day.

After the image was seen by the Professional Game Match Officials Limited, he was informed that his contract would be terminated.

It is understood Madley is presently relocating to Norway and, if selected, he will be able to continue working as a professional match official.

The Premier League have told Sky Sports News: "Bobby Madley is no longer employed by PGMOL.

"We understand he has decided to relocate due to a change in his personal circumstances."

He said this last year and it was pretty much ignored by the press.

Have no doubt it"s the truth too.

Chris Kavanagh had a shocker for Everton v Man Utd on the weekend has thankfully not been given ref duties this match week. VAR for one game, 4th official for another.

He sent off Ancelotti for asking for an explanation & that he won’t disappear, apparently improper conduct. This one was an absolute howler, but shows just how ******* stupid some of his decisions were.

I reckon Atkinson and Moss have been good refs. It's good that they are staying on in some role.

For a while Mike Dean made it all about him but he has pulled his head in lately.

They should all become permanent VAR refs rather than rotating on field referees into the VAR role.

The penalty in the Macarthur game on the weekend was farcial.

Defender went to clear, player was behind him who challenged for the ball and the defender kicked his foot in the process. Ridiculous.
