Not for the faint of heart.

As one would expect, it has plenty of sex scenes. In one of those scenes, a women is decapitated, this is after she is viciously beaten. That's just a taste of things to come, the film gets much more disturbing.

Good thing it was banned, or else the family groups would be all over it.

I just watched 'a Serbian film'

I've seen some messed up shit in my time but this tops the list. Can't complain that this was refused classification particularly given the graphic sexual violence including to a child.

Funnily enough 'bumfights' is not on the list, I can tell you a few years ago I was threatened with a $100k fine for importing this. Customs could not explain their issue with it as it was not sexual violence or extreme violence. Well the bumfights guys found a way to beat the system, that is send it from a different address and include the bumfights DVD in a 'how to play golf' DVD case.

An interesting list, I'd have over 50 of these films at least on DVD or Blu-Ray. Some of them have even been shown on TV, mainly SBS.

Watched A Serbian Film a few times and some parts are so over the top its quite funny. Definetly not the most disturbing movie ive ever seen though, those vomit gore movies just put me right off.

For all the disturbing shit I remember Ken Park for the Milf of the century role of Maeve Quinlan :o

Love Ken Park, and Tiffany Limos!

So MILF, watched it the other night and 4 of us were debating whether he breasts are fake....definitely up there wiht Tom Gavin's wife in 'Rescue Me'

For fans of 'A serbian film' (which may be a true story or based on...) here is his 2nd feature, looks awesome

I have seen A Serbian Film, and even though I thought it was a good film, I would never watch it again. Probably the most disturbing film I have seen.

The funny thing about refused classification, is that it is legal to possess, rent, download, or own in Australia. Yet if you sell, hire or exhibit rc material, then you get fined.
