I wonder if he's traded Brown out again by now? :D

Maybe you shouldn't throw 'newbie stones' bestin? ;)

I agree with you, well not really as I have and paid full price for:

Newman, Goodwin, Harvey, Goodes, O'Keefe etc

But yes Rioli is a SC gun
Haha :p

I also have ROK & Goodes and still think they are just getting back into some form after a horror start. Same as Newman. Not too sure about Goodwin. And Boomer is Mr. Standard Deviation. But, they are just such quality that when they do fire the potential benefits will be significant. I mean, when Boomer fires you know it'll be a good score. Same as the others you mentioned.

This year I think I could have paid less attention to 'middle of the road' type players... Those blokes that fill the hole & won't make heaps of cash but then again aren't keepers. I think next year I'm going to stack a few dead set premiums in each position and take the punt on the rookies for $$. I.e. at least 2 never to be moved keepers for each of

DEF (Goddard, Hodge) /MID (Pick two...)/FWD (Pav, Chappy) & Sandi (and probably Mummy next yr) in RUCK. :):thumbsu:

***Thus, with regards to Rioli, I've learnt a lesson... I traded him in as a keeper so unless injury strikes he should stay. Simple.

Bump.

Cyril with a great 157 points against the Dogs.

Fantastic last 5 games with an average of 130. Last 3 games avg 142.

With the way Rioli plays with his chasing and tacking, SC is his game, he only needs to get it about 20 times for a score over 100.

Hopefully he can keep up this good form. I think it is know surprise that his scores have increased dramatically since he is spending more time in the middle around the ball.

I'm regretting Rioli now....That i didn't make him skipper! His 159 would have won me the contest in my league, instead i went Gazza and his moderate 106 wasn't enough. Still, lost with 2299 so my side isn't totally crap.

But this is the Cyril i was expecting from the start, i absolutely am gobsmacked how he got 19 against the Blues in a Hawk win, any hawk fans enlighten me on what he didn't do that day? Seems absolutely incongruous that he could get a score like that.

Now all i need to do is to get the big-mouthed underachiever Ryan Griffen to do something!!!:p
