That shouldn’t be seen as a criticism of Hickmott because I think he’s been a good coach but after 8 years at the club a new voice wouldn’t be a bad thing

That may be. But let's imagine you're having a chat with someone at your workplace about an issue you disagreed upon that felt a little bit heated. After you finish talking the other guy walks past you and bumps you, would you think that it was a pure accident and he misread how close he was to you, or that he bumped you to make a point?

Greene chose to walk straight into him in a demonstrative and disrespectful fashion. Can't have that rubbish happening at lower levels, so it has to be stamped out here. A couple of weeks for me.

I think he should get 2 weeks because he made unnecessary contact, the 8 weeks that Whately was calling for last night is over the top.
