Not surprised that he has retired, would have been impossible to walk back into the Hawthorn locker room and I doubt that he would be welcome in a new Clubs locker room either.

I understand that everyone if frustrated that we dont put teams away like the Tigers did to the Saints. But please stop trying to compare us to Richmon at least until they have to travel as much as us. It is generally a lot more difficult for us to win games as we need to travel for half the year.
I see one of the “premiership favourites” has another home game this weekend (WB v Gold Coast at Marvel). Nice for them, haven’t left Victoria yet thus far, first interstate trip next week. From looking at the fixture they play Port in Adelaide a few weeks later, but up to Round 11 it is a 9-2 split in Victoria. Must be nice to have that

Of course. It’s more of a point about what we (WCE) are up against. We have to be brilliant when we are contending. Unfortunately dropping some games interstate means WCE bad, WCE terrible, WCE underachievers etc etc.
