G'day all,
Managed to tear both quadriceps tendons in an accident recently.
Just had bilateral reattachment surgery.
Would imagine that it's as rare as rocking horse s**t to manage the quinella, but has anyone here had experience rehabbing quad tendons, whether their own or in a professional context assisting someone else?
Sounds based on the literature like a gruelling one to come back from.
