Gws played wce there a few weeks ago coming from Brisbane Unless they have changed their mind in the last 3 days they were most likely playing a final in Perth if they qualify for one. Remember north were trying to play there last round. There was no mention they couldn’t because of a hub

Yep you are correct. I read it wrongly but how were north going to play there. They didn’t allow it because it wasn’t fair. There no mention of not being allowed. And it was clearly mentioned previously that wce would get a home final. Obviously they have changed their mind.

Adelaide won and I started dreaming about guaranteed finals, I was wrong. Basics maths on the ladder suggests otherwise.

my new summary is tight losses regardless of what we looked like vs Melbourne and Brisbane and then a win against hawthorn stacks up vs what I have seen by the teams around us with there overall games the last month.

We deserve finals and I am confident results fall our way to make it. Hopefully that is due to big wins vs wc and gws but I really don’t care how we make it just as long as we do.

So why no mention of that for the north game. Cats and pies played after 5 days in Perth. If both sides hub they can play without 14 days. That’s already been proven. And even if that was the case they can do the 14 days.

Cannot get ahead of ourselves, so that the result is in our hands without relying on others.
Absolute must win on Thursday night. Will give us so much momentum - hopefully our win against the Hawks will give us some too.
