I haven't completely given up on Elton but that's purely based on him being a very slow developer. Hope they persevere with him as a forward next year because as a back he is absolutely no chance of making it, simply doesn't have the smarts.
If he was at school, he would be described as slow. The current PC equivalent is, he's minimally exceptional.

Richards, O'Shea or Litherland.
We must add ons of these guys to improve our KPP depth, I'm not a fan of O'Shea but we are pretty desperate at this stage

Heard a rumour Equus is making the hard call, and he'll be delisting Tiger71 today

Apparently his off season form was disappointing. His accuracy of rumours was at Mitch Farmer levels, he tackled the hard issues as much as Brandon Ellis, and his work around the board was Vicjebus-esque with him never leaving this thread

Trades were looked at, but given the only swap offered was 71 for Rod Stroker, eqqy had to thankfully decline

I hope everyone joins me in wishing 71 well at his new forum (ive heard hes weighing up offers from the rfc facebook page or the blues board)

Old news mate. Trade whispers went hard, offering me a silly life changing contact so Equus got scared and was going to act first.

We had a chat and he sold me the vision and I will re sign up to an other 5 year deal.

A fit Lennon up forward is more value than B Ellis. I have Rioli in my team. C Ellis is very close and is in the emergencies and will get plenty of games
Im sorry but i have not seen anything from Lennon that would suggest that he is any better than Bellis, He has taken a few marks and kicked a couple of goals but offers nothing. People really under sell Bellis for having 1 ordinary year but he is not just miles but continents ahead of Lennon.

Lennon will be extremely lucky to make it at afl level where Bellis will be still playing in 5 years and more than likely to be a 200 game player

Forget this year. Lennon had glandular fever then injuries every few weeks. He was unfit most of the year. Before that he showed plenty. Ellis is soft and easily knocked off the ball. Lennon easily when fit

I watched all 6 games he played prior to 2016, I failed to see what you mentioned

Seriously Madtiger if you believe that Lennon has shown more than Bellis in his 9 games with most being subbed than Bellis in 110 games you must be his relative or best friend as i cant possibly believe anybody that is unbiased would make such a delusional comment

I don't see much in either player to be truthful, but Lennon has a precious commodity called height which will be crucial in our forward line as we are bereft of it.
Simply put we will be abandoning the three tall set up - largely due to the fact we don't have three quality or even decent talls (not that we did last season either).
Lennon at 190cm suddenly becomes a valuable player among the likes of Edwards, Rioli, Lloyd, Menadue and possibly Short, who wouldn't be out of place in Munchkin County.

Richmond has elevated rookie Jayden Short to the Club’s senior list and extended his contract by two years
http://www.richmondfc.com.au/news/2016-10-31/jayden-short-promoted-to-senior-list

>>> “Jayden works incredibly hard on and off the field to develop and improve his game, and that’s why we love him in our team,” Richmond’s General Manager – Football Talent, Dan Richardson said.

and we hand out 2 year extensions when you can achieve that kind of accolade from our resident guru of "football talent". ;)

As I said Ellis is soft and easily pushed off the ball. Lennon can become a dangerous classy forward which is harder to find than the standard outside runner

Lennon is soft in the head, I doubt he will play as many games as Bellis and the interest shown during trade period indicates that all other clubs all feel the same way - Nobody was even prepared to take him for a late pick

Conca would be in my 22 if fit & playing 2013 - 2014 form.
BUT
2 years with less than 10 games warrants delist.
A 1 year contract maybe, to see how the legs go, but not 2 years.
Even though best 22, I think he now needs to earn his stripes again in the 2's and dislodge someone from the 1's.
Maybe still trade bait in 2018.

At least if he is contracted he can traded at season 2016 end, part of the deal for Fyfe...

Careful Ox that shot caused a stir yesterday.
Because its A stretched out image that makes him look twice the size then the actual picture as seen above
