Lord Kitchener was a guy in a UK WW1 poster wanting volunteers, from memory it was after WW2 that the name was changed to kitchener. Also St. Kilda jumper was the same colours as the german flag and they changed it due to the was. The same with suburbs and towns with German names were changed as well at that time.Thought the Berliner was the bun with strawberry jam inserted into the middle?

At my primary school we got them in the morning after delivery and were still cold thank God.When milk was free at primary school, I hated the taste, especially it not being refrigerated and out in the hot sun.
There used to be straws that had a flaboured centre inside that made it taste like strawbery or chocolate.

Something else I used to see in the 80s that I don't see anymore, when someone is going to turn right into an intersection, they used to go to the far right of the lane so if someone wanted to turn left, there was enough room to get through.

Tasteless, might as well have been eating the packet. What was that lemon biscuit that had a sweet and salty taste, I liked those.
