Rental Agents

Anyone here one of these pricks? Just had my bond inspection - wants me to come back and clean up a bit of crap in the laundry drain and clean some cobwebs off the outside lights.

Also wants me to replace two down lights that no longer work (the whole assembly!) which needs to be done by a sparkie.

A world without rental agents would be like a world without lawyers.

I think only the globe is your obligation. The rest seems easy if not petty.

Might be coming from the owner. I had professional cleaners through a rental once and the owner requested more cleaning still. Then even after giving the bond back the owner sent another cleaner through.

Ironically the new tennants got a cleaner to go through as well.
