Is it vibrant, is it struggling or is it on the edge?
Obviously the SWFL, GSFL, GFL and GNFL are likely to be in a different situation given their populations, but how long can it last in the areas like Mortlock, EDFL, NMFL and UGSFL, where populations are not as strong?
