Apologies for any inconvenience. We will try to find a replacement.
2 more solid games and we might just get a high 3rd rounder for him. A lot of vics will still remember his talent as a junior

Didnt pay much attention to other freo players going up an congratulating him etc but if it didnt happen i can understand why.
He seems alot like warnock cries about not getting enough games at freo but does stuff all at WAFL level and even WAFL reserves level to deserve a game but when finally given an opportunity does an ok job an looks better at AFL level than the lower levels.
Exactly.
Drum will ask for a trade, hopefully in these last few weeks he can get more than one club interested in him. Otherwise, he will be walking for nothing...
Drum may ask for a trade but at BEST we will only be offered a 3 round pick for him. Lets face it, he has not set the world on fire in any aspect of his game whether playing forward or back.
There is NO way on this planet that someone is going to offer us the Number 10 draft pick that we used on him.Massive loss for Freo.
Entering the final year of his contact, and with the Dockers having lost a number of players to retirement, he felt confident he would become an AFL regular in 2009. Instead, he has endured his most frustrating season. Selected in the team for round one, in which Fremantle was thrashed at home by the Western Bulldogs, he was promptly dropped and failed to make another AFL appearance until last weekend.
"My form probably hasn't warranted a game but I don't think I should have been dropped in the first place," he said. "I find it hard to get myself up to play in the WAFL. People don't realise that you only go to the last team meeting of the week at your WAFL club, then you play on the Saturday. Sometimes it's just not enjoyable."
Obviously there is something about his work and attitude on the training track that we don't see.
I would say cut him away if were Adam Cambell's age. But he is still only 22. Talls dont hit their strides until they are 26-27... That is a long away.
Honestly I would like to see the club give him a 1 year deal and push him so hard during Pre-Season he coughs up a lung. He has talent there is no question on that. Perhaps it is something simple like mental maturity which all players develop at different stages of their careers.
The club should roll the dice and bulk him and Michael Johnson up during the off season and see what happens. A forward line of
Headland, Pavlich, Drum, Mayne, Ballantyne and Ruffles could be pretty interesting.
Then Michael Johnson, Tarrant and Mcpharlin as your talls down back.
