Yeah. If we win the next two games which we should, as should the Saints, it's basically Freo vs StK at Subi, for #3. The loser drops back to the pack to fight it out for 4th. The week after that we have Carlton, which is another huge match.

Those are the t4 makers/breakers. Win one and we should get a double finals match.

Edit: Yeah, rds 12-13 are going to have some monumental matches. Freo vs Stk, Freo vs Carl, Stk vs Geel.
 
Exciting times. We could genuinely be part of a breakaway group of three teams pretty much cementing themselves in the top four. I think we could drop the Carlton game, but the Saints one will be crucial. 8 point game there for sure. :thumbsu:

Take a chill pill Mate. It's your responsibility to steer away of media, internet etc if you don't want to face the risk of seeing a result. Ever heard of turning off your BF email notifications like most of us would do??? There's a heap of delayed games each and every weekend ... do you really think it's reasonable for everybody on BF to not post on games as they happen just because YOU want to watch a delayed telecast on Channel Eagle or somewhere. Selfish Git.

Do people actually bother with the delayed telecast?
I dislike how Channel 7 insults everyone's intelligence by broadcasting the match as if it's really a live telecast including all the pre game build up and the timed breaks between quarters .:thumbsdown: Waste of time... It's as bad as having to listen to Cometti refer to our side as "Those Dockers"...
Just show the bloody match live, let Foxtel do it or hand back the rights.

Blatant gobshite reply mate, apart from the "Selfish Git" part. I take it you were being rhetorical.

Having said that, I have no wish to start a slanging match with you. As NF said, show the match live on Friday. Until recently I watched the Friday game streaming live over the net, but the "AFL no fun police" seem to have buggered that up in the last few weeks. Just not the same on the radio.

dont play them again. to go north, adel, st k, carl, pafc, rich, mel, wb, wce, north, syd, haw, carl.

all games are danger games (general philosophy) but the carlton and saints games are by far and away our most important. amazingly we have ended up with quiet a nice fixture
 
Funny isn't it. I thought it was a shocker when i first saw it (the fixture). Doesn't look bad at all now. The run of home games toward the end looks great now. We really set ourselves up with winning the hard games at the start of the year.
We will definitely play finals. How far we go depends on if we can get our best team on the park. Not lose anyone vital like Pav or Sandi and get McPharlin and Broughton back.

I dont think St Kilda are a certainty tonight as Adelaide are playing a lot better lately (last week anyway). Plus I dont think Saint Kilda are very good at the moment, they are struggling to find the right team formula and they seem a little disjointed. So there is every chance we could be 2 games clear in 3rd position! WOW who would have thought.

Probably wouldn't be ideal playing Port next week anyway. They'll cop an absolute hammering in the media this week and will come out with a point to prove. Can never trust yo-yo teams like them.
