Meh. Not a strong draft year. Maybe could’ve taken Hollands, Cox, Perkins, Reid or Bruhn instead but none of them have set the world on fire.
What about Max Holmes?

Hollands and Bruhn played solid footy this year and still should improve. Who knows what's happened with Cox and Perkins at Essendon but they both have shown plenty of talent. Would've backed Hawthorn to get more out of them.
Tom Powell, Heath Chapman, Ollie Henry, Max Holmes or Jake Bowey would've been handy.
It's bizarre to see the first player in the top 20 of a draft to be delisted be a tall that was taken pick 6. Something's clearly gone very wrong cause he was rated highly and actually showed his talent in his under 18 year unlike most of that draft.
