Well, you just said it now.I never said Cloke down back. Brown up forward and Reid down back would make us a better team if Brown was a good target up forward.

HilariousWell, you just said it now.
Adams isn't tall enough to play ruck.

No one doubts Clark's ability, but he's just not cut out mentally and wouldn't shit on Melbourne like that. If you saw his interview on the footy show, he couldn't deal with the stress of injury and hard training, being an AFL player would have to be one of the most gruelling things you can do and he couldn't hold up to it. He'll probably play local footy but that's it, an AFL return isn't on the cards.
Do you think clubs would consider it too risky to take him if he did decide to returnMental health issues emerged on the back of repeated significant prolonged injury, weren't a factor earlier that has been mentioned. Hopefully his body heals and his mental health issues can be managed because he's a talent.
Give him a run in the ruck.We have seen it happen before, players returning from long term injuries being trialed somewhere else on the ground, so could be give Brownie a go as a Full Forward? He was drafted as a versitile Key Position player and i dont remember him playing games up forward at senior level, Just a thought so dont bite my head off.
Couldnt help to feel sorry for the big fella on the club, hopefully a 100% recovery for a solid 2015 for big Nath!
Don't think we have many players you rate anymore Blaze. You even jumped off Grundy becoming the almighty saviour.I'm not sure he has much footy left at either end
I rate Browny and feel for the guy but from a team perspective I think we should seriously consider trading him if we can get something decent. He is too injury prone and there's no upside anymore. He has shown that his body is not durable and robust enough to play AFL on a regular basis.I'm on board the 'trade him while he still has value.'
Let's be honest. Could have been really solid but while probably retire at 28 the rate his body is going.
That could work well, but i think a few things need to happen.Nathan Brown is going nowhere!
He will return and be Collingwood’s full-back again next year. I can see all 3 players in Brown, Frost and Keeffe playing in the same backline. As I see it, Maxwell at his best will have this year and maybe next year left… So with that, I envisage Frost taking a third-tall option in defence.
The back-six next year looking something like this:
B: Toovey – Brown – Frost
HB: Williams – Keeffe - Young
With the likes of Fasolo, Langdon, Reid, Maxwell, Scharenberg, and Lumumba rotating through when required.
The key to all this occurring, will be the further development of Frost playing the role of a Maxwell and finding more ball and using his pace to break-away and setup play. For me, Jack has this ability, hence balancing our backline and allowing Brown to play his usual role - taking on the big units.
For me Frost, Maxell, and Scharenberg will be fighting for the same position; a good headache for Nathan Buckley.
More chance of Mulligrubs returning back to the airwaves. My dream is to see Nathan Brown and Ben Reid play 22 games together in the one H&A season, with all of their gametime spent in the backline.
Do you think clubs would consider it too risky to take him if he did decide to return
