Won the AFLCA Phil Walsh Memorial scholarship this year. So obviously he's quite well liked/respected amongst his colleagues.

The way clubs should and do try to work, there can be a range of staff players can confide and seek support from. These people really need experience or or can lead to unintended issues. This is perfect world, it isn’t the priority it could be. Happy players = happy playing = goals.
