Rhiannon Watt will once again don the red, white and black, signing on to St Kilda’s inaugural AFLW team.

Watt, a recent convert to football, played volleyball for Australia before making the jump to the Southern Saints VFLW side in 2018.

The life-long St Kilda supporter starred in the ruck in her first ever season of football, taking up an almost permanent residency in the best-on-ground conversation.

Eight Saints have put pen to paper to extend their stays in red, white and black, including ex-Lion Kate McCarthy and co-captains Rhi Watt and Kate Shierlaw.

McCarthy will remain at RSEA Park after adding a year to her initial two-year contract, while Watt has been locked in for a further two seasons after a terrific campaign at the helm.

All eight represented St Kilda throughout Season 2020, with Brown, Watt, Kelly, Fitzpatrick and Shierlaw graduates of the Southern Saints VFLW side.
