Played Golf with Rhys yesterday. Sporting the best handlebar moe I have seen. Has lost 5-6 kilo's and as fit as he has ever been. Will be drafted as a rookie on Tuesday and keen as ever. Loves the Carlton Football Club. Looks to be playing wing next year and has had a lot of support from Ratts. Feels he needs to play around 15 games in Bullants next year to show his worth.
Really good kid, hope he makes it!![]()
Two turntables and a microphone.Where's he at?
michaelcjordan: Half time in @Bullants_FC intra match. Lots of contested footy! Rhys O'Keeffe very good. Saad and Arrowsmith dangerous at either end.
michaelcjordanemydura5 Was good. O'Keeffe BOG Bray & McCarthy showed some good signs. Some good young Ants players too.
ROK is back for the ants this week...might go down to see him and report back![]()
Ran it out well, average performance...better for the run, happy he isn't injured![]()
The build-up thus far has been a good one. A couple of very minor niggles have come along the way, but O'Keeffe has delighted Bullants coach Darren Harris and the senior coaches with his application and professionalism. He's running games out well, doesn't let his opponent get the upper hand, has improved his endurance and speed and has been a consistent performer wherever he's been played. He may have been quiet in a few games - but let's not look at possessions - let's look at whether or not he's fulfilled his team role. As a non-Bullants supporter, but interested onlooker - I reckon he has.
