Let me tell you this for the last time. You see the reason why everyone is laughing at the Tiges, isn't because of the fact you've had 28 consecutive years of failure or that you are the 2007 spooners, the reason is the Tiges keep making the same mistakes year in year out which are which painfully obviously to everyone. Richo for example, has been missing game-costing sitters in front of goal for a decade now. Do you think it would have occurred to anyone at Tigerland to move him elsewhere and try someone else in the main KP forward post? No. And every year Miller produces 1 or 2 draft/trade clangers without fail. Do you think anyone at Tigerland would decide to give him the boot and try someone else? No. Same mistakes, year in year out, and same disastrous outcome. Its a self-perpetuating cycle of failure.![]()
GREG MILLER DOES NOT RECRUIT OUR PLAYERS, HAS NOT DONE SO SINCE THE 2005 DRAFT!
Simple reason for us not having anyone else to do our recruiting was lack of money, if you don't have money you can't pay for the top notch recruiters, now we have more money, we have two great recruiters.
Move on Richo, that has just made me realise you really do not have an idea of football, Richo has managed 750+ goals with a midfield worth shit delivering him the ball for all bar two or three years of his career, now that he is getting closer to his mid 30's you would think he will start to tone it down and maybe slack off a bit, but from all reports he is like a new recruit to the club and could play upwards of 5-6 more years.
So Richmond is in the cycle of failure, yet Carlton have had the wooden spoon 2 of the last 3 years, thats not failure?
Who cares what happened over 10 years ago, we have a new side now, with new and very exciting players, and come round 1 of this year you will see the reason why everyone down at Tigerland, and everyone looking at them is getting very excited too!
