Richmond List Changes

Richmond has confirmed the following changes to its 2012 playing list, at the completion of the home-and-away season:

Retired
Kel Moore - 87 career games, 12 goals
Brad Miller - 157 games (24 at Richmond), 120 goals (31 at Richmond)
Delisted
Daniel Connors - 27 games, 7 goals
Jeromey Webberley - 16 games, 3 goals
Andrew Browne - 12 games, 2 goals
Dean MacDonald - no games
Addam Maric (Rookie) - 10 games at Richmond (31 in total)
Piva Wright (Rookie) - no games
Gibson Turner (Rookie) - no games

The Richmond Football Club acknowledges the contribution these players have made, and wishes them all the best in their future endeavours.

Don't know how Derickx and White survived, I know that there are a few fans of White on here but let's just remember 2013 will be his 7th year at the highest level... that is mind boggling.

I would have kept Browne ahead of Graham. He's younger and atleast has heart. Graham is the softest ruck I've seen in a while, less physical presence than Robin Nahas.

White hopes to be traded, so delisting him now would potentially be giving him away for free. They must have made the call to keep Derickx over brown, as he can play a key position role to compliment his time in the ruck?

Only the first of three list lodgement dates - and we have gone early on this one. So could still be any number to go. 5 if we had solid depth would be it, we will probably do more dependig on who we can get in.

Maybe we needed to drop these five now to be allowed to sign Free Agents - do we have to have the room for them before we sign them does anyone kow?

Yep I forgot that White had asked to be shopped around. I can't mount an argument for Derickx staying.

Maybe ask some of his teammates what they think of Graham ... and you'll be more surprised to learn he's still on the list!!
