Weller’s vfl form has actually been very good but he’s AFL form earlier this year stunk. Looked to lack a yard at the top level.
Aarts is the other one that’s continuing to play well week in week out but suspect like Weller VFL is probably he’s level. But to be fair probably should see what he has to offer at the next level

Weller’s vfl form has actually been very good but he’s AFL form earlier this year stunk. Looked to lack a yard at the top level.
Aarts is the other one that’s continuing to play well week in week out but suspect like Weller VFL is probably he’s level. But to be fair probably should see what he has to offer at the next level

He’s actually not slow , like Townser slow , prob won’t get a look in with players returning and Bolton 25 then 36p game needs to be rewarded , rapt to see rcd get amongst it , hope he builds some confidence and we see a month of 20p plus games , he has the tools we need in senior team

I wouldnt be taking too much out of this game against Coburg as they are not a very strong side this year

Weller is s Sh!t truck and dont want to see him in the Richmond team, This is his level and should remain a vfl player
Happy with Shai performance as any 20 year old getting 40 touches at any level is a very good sign
RCD should have gotten a bit more of it but looks like has played fwd part of the game


Stack & Bolton need to be signed up ASAP

Coburg are not strong but have been very competitive so on the face of it, this looks a very good performance by our VFL team.

The hyphen’s getting plenty of praise from Fly in his post match interview. RCD sick last week and CJ also had an “ailment”.

Nice to see Riley showing he also has forward ability- speed to break away from packs and can take a grab

Our depth is better than most , gets tested though when we play sides at 100% full strength

Give Towner a fair crack...we need someone other than Lynch to target and Caddy isn't providing that this year. We have become far too Lynch-centric.

Towner's ability to contest in the air against bigger opponents and bring it down is underrated. He has been clunking them in the VFL.

I am well aware of that game, and his 2018 AFL form wasn't great either. He wasn't the only one to disappoint against Geelong, and it wasn't exactly an ideal situation for a forward. But given how short we are on options at this stage, and his very solid VFL form, I find it remarkable we haven't given him 3 or 4 games in a row.
