A tough game in which we looked rather flat but came out with the points nonetheless. Clearly showed that we will miss Bicks and that we need Goody back for some additional run and flair.

High points would have to be seeing Johnson returning to form, Stinger's continuing rise and Crowell (!!) showing his worth as a forward.

Greetings from Sweden

The good news is that Sweden have highlights packages of the AFL on at 11:30 tonight. However, sounds like there aren't too many highlights of the Tigers game with it being a scappy encounter.

Seems like Hewitt made the most of his opportunity. Where did he play? Also, was Crowell playing as a forward?

Hewitt played mostly up the back, presumably a match up thing, and in my opinion was servicable. He should get another game.

Crowell played in a pocket I think, and much to my surprise and delight played well and kicked three. Biglands went forward in the third and kicked one in the fourth, he may have kicked one in the first half as well. He was pretty much beaten by Ottens, but we changed to Clarke who seemed to keep Ottens under control. Clarke actually played a good game, with some good off the ground work which has been very poor for him in the last few weeks.

All the best.

You'll probably see Burton's ALMOST mark of the year on the highlights, it would have been a ripper.

Kane - Hewitt mainly played on Stafford, and did pretty well. Stafford kicked Richmond's first goal, but didn't have much impact after that.

Crowell and Burton seemed to start off from the goalsquare, though Burton got a run on the ball in the second half. Crowell also seemed to be pushing further up towards half forward later in the game.

napsyd & marivin - Thanks for your comments. If Hewitt played on Stafford & Smart on Richo, who did Kenny matchup on?

On Burton, I have notice his hands haven't been as sticky lately.

The Clarke / Biglands combination has worked well most of the year, as when one is struggling a bit, the other seems to have a good game.

Pretty poor effort this week everyone, only 7 voters, season too long for you?

Richmond votes.
