Brad Ebert (South Australia)
Born: April 2, 1990
Height: 187cm
Weight: 86kg
From: Port Adelaide Magpies/Henley

Brad Ebert is the nephew of one of the greatest ever players to come out of South Australia, Russell Ebert, and Sheehan says he’s certainly a player to keep an eye on.

“He's already taken all before him in the last couple of years,” Sheehan said.

“He was a star player in the midfield at under-16 level last year and he's a prolific ball winner.

“He's strong overhead, can win it in the air, and is powerful in the contest. He can also play as an inside midfielder or a wingman.

“He was a star for the Australian side on its tour to South Africa earlier in the year and he was a leader in that group.

“He's played some senior matches for the Port Magpies already this year, so he's just about ticked all of the boxes in seeming destined to join his cousin Brett, who is playing for Port Adelaide at AFL level.

“A genuine player to watch.”
Another kid worth keeping an eye on by the sounds of it. As Sheehan says ticks all the boxes and could help out in an area we really need some more help in and that is inside mid. So many choices and with a high pick the likely scenario we really need to make sure we get it right.

shifter sheehan is a tosspot, will make the worst player still sound good

what's wrong with the way the nba and nfl do their positives/negatives on a player its all pretty much fluff on the afl sites etc

That maybe the case but he does have a fairly good idea about the kids and seeing as it is for the AFL site it would be more fluff than anything else but still by the sounds of it he is another kid that would be worth keeping en eye on in the carnival.

[PSD: Charman, Dowler, Maric, Meesan. In order.

There are usually between 5-8 total picks in any PSD. What makes you think we'd have 4 spots left on our list by then? Why would you want to pick up 3 more rucks in the PSD in addition to the two you've already drafted in the ND? Why would the Hawks get rid of Dowler? Why would the Crows get rid of Maric or Meesen for nothing?
