And Buddy must be better than Ablett jr because he has kicked more goals than him as well. Richo is playing on a wing for more than half the match, so of course buddy will kick more goals.

Wrong Richo has always been the FF/CHF, he has only been introduced to the Wing this year. But don't get me wrong Richo is a great player, but just not as great as the best player in the competition ATM, Buddy!

Who is better? Depends on the criteria...

Yep, Franklin has kicked more goals this year, but Richo is a career champion. We really won't know the answer definitively until 2018.

Still, I reckon Richo man will have him covered.

These posts are typical of Hawks fans...be patient, us Tigers have learnt this well!! Let Buddy have a few good years before starting the "Is he better than...." game.

Longevity dictates champion status.

Richo is better as he gets close to 30 possessions and kicks goals every game, while Franklin may play only in the forward line and be very inaccurate.

but lets face it richo will never play in a granny but buddy is likely to win a couple off his own boot

and i agree with the post that pointed out that richo cried whenever the ball
wasnt delivered to him on a platter like it did at training
richo has been revitalised and thats v-cool to see the tiges fans must be lovin it. but too little too late for the richo to ever play finals or a grand final

Surprised to see that Buddy is averaging 16 disposals a game, pretty close to Richo's 18, and 5 goals to Richo's 3.

Will be an all time AFL great where Richo will be one of Richmond's all timer's which is no huge effort...

And to those who say Richo can run further; big deal? Buddy can turn a game where Richo can get as many cheapies on the wing as he wants and no impact.

He is doing well in dreamteam which i guess means he's the best in the AFL at the moment

Richo's inconsistent kicking over the years; a lot better in recent times; counts against him in my book. So as much as I hate everything brown and gold, I have go Franklin.
