2. Two men are playing chess. They play five games. Each man wins three games and there are no stalemates. How is this possible?

3. A man is found dead in a pool of blood in a telephone booth. There is shattered glass all around. He was not murdered and he did not commit suicide. How did he die?

1. Not sure

2. The two men are playing separate games against different people. Both men win three games against their opponent.

3. The man was on the phone to his mate. He had just returned from fishing. He told his mate he caught a fish. The mate on the other end of the phone asked how big the fish was. The man in the telephone booth then began to move his arms outwards and say "this big". However, before he could say "this big", he died as he cut his arms on the glass in the booth. :D

Think of words ending in -GRY. Angry and hungry are two of them. There are only three words in the English language. What is the third word? The word is something that everyone uses every day. If you have listened carefully, I have already told you what it is.

with the vilest in short.
I am quite at ease in depravity.
Yet all divines use me,

A man lives on the 27th floor of an apartment building. Every morning he takes the lift down to the ground floor and goes to work. Each evening when he comes home he rides the lift to the 13th floor and waks up the stairs for the remaining 14 flights to his apartment. Except on the days when it is raining and he rides the lift all the way to the 27th floor.

Why is this?
