Grendel,

I never miss Raw or Smackdown!, but I don;t care for Nitro any more.

Quite simply, WWF is beter than WCW on ever level. They are more professional, have more talent, have less backstage politics, better ratings, beter storylines.

Most importantly, WWF have the most influential manin the industry working for them.......Vince McMahon.

In WCW I oam only interested in the main event picture. In WWF, every wreslter and storyline is interesting. From the Dudleys, to Too Cool, from Billy Gunn to Val Venis....I like them all.

It's jsut a better product than WCW and the ratings indicate this. WWF has MORE THAN double the audience.

Dan,

Just because the rating's are better (in the United States, what's that got to do with us anyway?) for the WWF than WCW, this does not mean they necessarily mean they have a better product.

That would indicate that every single Raw is better than every nitro. This clearly isn't the case.

There have been Nitro's that have been "better" than Raw and vice versa.

In the end, it comes down to personel taste.

Stone Cold and the Rock are the two biggest crowd pullers in wrestling fullstop and WWF is definitely the stronger. However, Goldberg is the most awesome sight in wrestling. Personally, my interest comes and goes depending on my drama and adrenaline quota for the month and how over the top some storylines go.

That's my opinion and any gibrone that doesn't agree, ODN's gonna lay the smackdown on your candy asses.

If you SMELL-L-L-L-L-L-L ....what ODN is cooking.

Grendel - totally agree with you on your thoughts about WCW. Im sick of ppl coming and going not knowing whether there gonna be there next week or in Japan or back in the WWF. Its very frustrating.

Dan24 - its obvious that the WWF is a more professional unit. The WWF has been the biggest wrestling league in the world for years. Theres no reason why that should change but i still dont like it, the wrestlers are fake they cant act and the storylines are so far fetched it becomes in no way believable.

In Perth the only thing we get is WCW Nitro on Monday nights, i dont have foxtel so i dont see any of the big events which is frustrating and by the time they come on Video its old news. But what i would love to see is a WCW vs WWF clash. It would be awesome, just throw Stone Cold, Sting, Rock, Goldberg, Undertaker, Steiner, HHH, Kevin Nash, Angle, Booker T and all the other great wrestlers into a ring with Royal Rumble rules and see how it pans out it would be awesome.

Dan24, could you name as many wrestlers as you can from the WWF for me im just wandering if i recognise any of the names. I havent seen any WWF in like 6 months. Oh and could anyone give me any feedback on where Brett Hart is? Where Macho Man is? and Where is my hero Hogan!!!

I also agree Old Dark Navys comments on Goldberg, i dont care if your the Rock, Angle or Stone Cold. Goldberg would kill them all.

WHOS NEXT!!!

cheers

Jod23,

You asked about Bret Hart, the Macho Man and the Hulkster.

1 Bret Hart - Let out of his WCW contract and has retired from the big 3 (WCW, WWF. ECW)

2 Macho Man - Released from his WCW contract, WWF were looking at him but have chosen not to pick him up

3 Hulk Hogan -Gave the WCW title up to Sting earler in the year and retired to make movies in Hollywood

Just to further your point's Paul:-

1. Contract terminated because of severe concussion. Even if he wanted to wrestle again he probably couldn't.

3. Hogan is still contracted to WCW for one more year. Was "forced" to retire because of Vince Russo at Bash at the Beach in July. Will continue to make B grade movies.

Just on Goldberg, agree hes an awesome sight to witness, but he is a poor wrestler. He actually causes lots of real injury (witness the Hart concussion, that has put one of my all time favourites out of wrestling for good) Duggan,StevieRay and others have all been hurt by Goldbergs inability to sell moves correctly. Sure there is always a rish that injury will ahppen, but Glodbergs record here is terrible. Nowdays there are rumours that nobody wants to work with him because his attitude is bad and again, wont work a match like the better wrestlers do.

Man, just once id like to see Steiner go for him in a 'shoot' match, just to see him really cop some pain for a change.
