After writing my post about Ian Redpath last night, I settled down and watched a bit of TV, including an episode of Morse.

Of course, last night's episode featured a character named Redpath........

I believe Redpath's antiques store in Geelong was only 3 kilometres down the road from the hotel Bob Davis used to run.

Not sure how I missed this news, was just reading about Redders, Stacky and Sheahan a week or so ago.
The first awareness I had of test cricket was the 74/75 Ashes, and Redders, Tangles and Ross Edwards were my instant favourites. (All unsung heroes and great team players, too.)
