This is the kind of stuff that people talk about being 'anti player pickups'. What a joke, as if he is a hack!

He might not make the top 15 this year, however in recent NAB form, scores note that he is worth the punt. It is complete speculation whether he makes the top 15, or 30 for that matter, but due to his recent form in NAB cup you cannot say he is a hack, but you can say he is worth the punt.

A player averaging under 70 for DT in 2006, with the potential of 80+, with the form he has shown, is extremly promising. What Effes is saying is total :thumbsd: .

Effes is just trying to sway you off the bloke. This is a DT forum, trying to help those willing to do better than they have done in previous years. GL mate, but if you dont want him, im not complaining...

one thing is he is an awesome tackler.
will be in the top 10 at the end of the year.
tackles can give an extra 20-40 points a game if they are consistently good

80-90 isn't enough. You want him to average 90+ at the very least if you go for him at his current price. Otherwise you'd be beter off going for someone cheaper who'll improve by more $ and spend the extra cash on an extra gun

Not everyone in your team is going to average 90+ particularly early in the season and at his current price if he averages 80+ your still going to get good value out of him.Theres going to be only a few midfielders under $400k that will realistically give you 90-100 points a game this season so if you can select a player under 400k that will give you 80 odd points a week then youve done well.If you wait 3 weeks into the season youll have seen the underpriced players who have performed well in the first few weeks which will enable you to trade them into your side then at no extra cost
