just to let you know that not all of us have the same opinion like the person of the last post...

we may not support all other teams but you have to remember that the publishers of the Rivals sites are people just like us and have put lots of hard work into giving us all the information they can...

some of us just LOVE footy...

The guy who ran the Roos rival site has had a Roos site up and running for quite a while, so I guess he will continue on as before.

I'm not too fussed that the Rivals AFL sites are going as there were plenty of *****heads on there.... Does anybody know if it is a shutdown of all Rivals sites because I use the cricket sites quite a lot and they are easily the best cricket boards around.

I know that there are definitely cricket sites being cut, but I am not sure whether it is all of them or not. A lot of sports have been affected by this as the merged entity believes they can run the most popular network of fan based sites without ... wait for it ... fan based sites. We were always a prime delisting candidate being half a world away and having no local advertising on site.
