Well, it was incredibly exciting there at one point. Injuries and umpiring were too much for us. Lots of good signs though.

We had nothing left. Took everything to get back in front but as soon as they got momentum again, we couldn't come back.

Will say that the margin absolutely flatters them.

It was bad that we faded at the end, along with injuries causing us to run out of puff. Make not mistake we have closed the gap and are not far away from running over these campaigners.

- ambrose first game back etc

No McGrath for most of the game and no zaharakis for the last quarter. They were cooked. Last 5 minutes don’t count, we took it right up to them

Umprires were crooked. But a standout theme from the game is that Richmond tackle to hurt. We tackle to not get hurt. So many goals are created from this differential. If we truly want to become a "blue collar" team, we need to actually stick some tackles and make them count.

Having said that; we were pretty decent. Can't complain too much. Still like where the team is going.
