You season your strangely powerful Voss dislike with a sprinkling of vague comments on other areas.. its ok though own it.

I'll bravely put my hand up and put him at the very bottom of my list of concerns about the club.

You've been involved in elite teams, you know that skills training is an expectation for the players on their OWN time pretty much from U16s onwards.

And its even harder once you reach AFL and the players association maxes you out at around 25hrs/wk of football related activities.

I don’t dislike Voss at all. Just not a senior coach IMO

As I have said NUMEROUS times Voss is one issue of many. Culture and I have listed HOF as biggest concern

Maybe stop looking at isolated comments
