Why would the players have the buy the equipment themselves if the club is the one who mandates fitness requirements?
Just because they can afford it doesn't mean they should have the pay for it...

Match fitness is one thing rp, can we also use the break and provide players with some tailored programs to improve their skills? eg. an intensive kicking technique program for Dow, plus 100 set shots and 100 running shots at goal per day.
