When there is lack of pressure from our midfield on their players then no matter who is back there they are going to struggle. Defence is a collective. Easy balls in means easy goals. Our midfield has always lacked defensive pressure. Not saying JW is in great form but pressure up the ground will help.

We average 76 points per game this season. Ahead of that at half time. We have only hit the 100 point barrier twice this season, against West Coast and North Melbourne in rounds 5 and 6.

In fact this is already our 5th best score of the year.

It's interesting because for some of his faults, I'd have said H has always shown more in that department than Charlie.

Great response from the boys. Harry brilliant and Walsh great on return. His best position is in the guts - whether that is the best for him long term is a whole different question. Cripps getting some forward time is a big win. If we can make him a playable forward it will really help extend his career and give us the opportunity to go a bit quicker in the midfield when he's not there.

Plenty of great signs from the youth. Lord another great job. HOK clunks everything. Moir active. And plenty of run from HB with Hollands/Cowan/Carroll who have all distributed well.

I'd let Harry concentrate on his own game rather than burden him with leadership, neither he or Charlie are natural leaders.
