Luke Parker is still an absolute campaigner of a thing, can't stand him, yet strongly feel we missed a trick not picking him up. Has done a good job at norf, just what we needed
Dodoro picking Steinberg a bloke who would have still been there at our third round pick still haunts us.

Good result. We need to accept where we are at from a club and supporter base.

Im happy to accept the pain (long overdue) as a supporter, but It's clear tho that not all are onboard within the club, particularly the coach.

The ins for this week did nothing for the future of this club. In fact, the outs speak volumes as to where we are at. Scott was protecting himself this week, not the club.

Too many players accepting the 6 figure salary for doing SFA! Been that way since the saga, because we are worried about the optics.

Im not sure we've hit rock bottom, I hope so, cause then the only way is up. Unless the AFL suggest we merge with Norf. We probably deserve it.

Our once great club is the worst in the competition.
We have no one to blame but ourselves.
If parish is played in front of tsatas or sharp it is wrong.
If Perkins, Gresham or Guelfi are played in front of day wicks, unwin or robey it is wrong.
We need real leadership now.
I would move on from Scott because I think the game has passed him by.
I still think Robey needs another couple of games in the VFL but otherwise agree with that Perkins/Gresham/Guelfi statement.

Any team other than norf would have punished the **** out of our mistakes

That same old handballing to someone hot is infuriating!

Durham has somehow lost the plot, he never used to make these errors by boot

Farrow's kicking action is a think of beauty

Leave may in the side, just get games into him, leave Perkins out- cooked.

Bulldogs, whoa baby,

Pathetic showing again. Not much to be positive about at all besides Farrow. I think this is the worst structured Essendon team I have ever seen - including the 2016 top ups. I don’t care how bad your players are, having 200 less marks than your opposition through 3 weeks is all time bad.

Scotts job is to win games. If a player no matter the age is on the list Scott should be able to pick them.

Selection integrity is important to keep a unit together.

You need to build evidence and keep open communication if you plan on dropping senior players. I’m sure Scott has had some strong conversations with some of the guys in the gun and if things don’t improve we will see those guys moved down a level. Similar to Shiel.

I think we looked better than we have in the first two rounds.

We handball too much. We are trying to play like prime Giants. It is flawed unless you have genuine line breakers, and we don't.

Look at the kick and mark differential in our 3 games so far. Tells a story.

Many times, i handball too many when a kick wasthe percentage play.

Is what it is, we are a wooden spoon side. We need more quality. Hopefully the draft is good for us.

Keep rotating the kids through. Be patient and conservative. 10-12 games max for first year draftees.

Work on replacements for the likes of Gresham, parish, Langford, Wright, guelfi. Get the plodders out and find some players that can run and compete.

i think this is a very fair take. obviously we know that the AFL isn't a serious sport on things like because the feelings of the President can influence how the list is put together, but ultimately, "management"* should put the list together and the coach should try to win the game based on that list, partiucally when it's the first 3 rounds of the season. Frankly, it's kind of insane that guys like Nguyen and Huss managed to even play the first two games. I wasn't particularly fussed by the Ins and Outs this week and I think some people have worked themselves into a shoot with the carry on.

the issue obviously is that guys like Guelfi are still on the list, but that's a failure from above. I would absolute prefer some other body fillers to the ones we have, but this is a Club that still has something of a foot in each camp regarding re-building.

*now I should acknowledge that this can be a tricky situation at the best of times, let alone when a Board Member becomes a member of that coaching staff.....

😂No...Brad's job is to improve our culture. He admitted we don't have the list to compete for the big prize and our culture sucked. That's why he got the job, isn't it?

So why continuously play those that don't put in the hard yards, or won't be part of it when we are ready? And...selection integrity...😂. He dropped the kids, not those senior players who put in minimal efforts.

I'm sure we've built enough evidence and hopefully had open communication with senior players regarding their performance. If not, why not???

But, spare me, we played a bottom 3 team, and got beaten, despite Brad picking a team of experienced players that he hoped would get him the W.

So those guys, like Shiel, shall we name Parish, or Langford, Wright, Perkins, Gresham, McKay, Zach, I could go on.

And saying we looked better than in the first 2 rounds...😂 We played Norf ffs, so we should have, but the fact we couldn't get the W, despite Brad's team selection, speaks volumes.
