We are a rubbish club from every angle. Every coach knows they just need to sit with us for a half and just do a couple of minor tweaks after half time (ie just run is off our feet) and it is game over.

What a rubbish, football club. Sacking Voss is not the solution as we will pick another coach just as primitive.
