i acknowledge that a midfielder would be able to do that and more. he has 7 turnovers from 19 possessions this year, hasn't kicked a goal this year and we've been dominated in the ruck regardless.

Yes true but this brings a whole heap of other argument into the question of Casboult's position. Do we have Harry in the ruck instead and leave one less tall forward there are times? Two genuine ruckman to fix the ruck losses or just a fit Kreuzer (if he's even 100% at all)? Does an extra tall exploit a weakness in the opposition? It's really not simple. But, all I was saying is that Casboult isn't just a witches hat when the ball hits the deck at the moment.


Now watch him go out and make me look silly with the worst performance imaginable!
