I don't recall him butchering the ball? Seems to pick the right option most of the time and uses the ball well by foot.

He is a beautiful kick of the ball, some of his kicks into the fwd50 were fantastic.

So do I with Carmichael. Briefly there was a bit of magic about him and I always reckoned if he'd been sub instead of Kreuger in the first final against Geelong in 2022 he could have been the difference in a one kick game.
