thats the other thing, what was the problem? a fictional issue one man identified as requiring a total re invention of the game, based on one teams gameplan spanning 2 years. the more you look at it the more absurd it is. no other professional sport in the world would introduce a rule like this that changes the fabric of the game on the whim of one man.

The reason why you guys are still shit is because you are still living in the past, reminiscing about past premierships and glories and expect it to happen again automatically. Hell, there was even talk of a board challenge earlier this year to bring back the key personnel, Little and Hird, who's failed leadership got the club into trouble with the doping scandal. Did nothing but hurt all their players and may be responsible for essendon not being able to field a team next week

Ben miller - 9/10
Not only was he a defensive blanket, he was really good with his disposal. Doing some grest things with his kicks. Surprised me.

Tylar Young - 9/10
Gave Caddy a bath, really impressed, I think we either play balta forward or ice him, because the defence looks better without him

Taranto - 8/10
Fought all day. ****ing gave it his everything and slotted that much needed goal after a 60 minute drought.

Hopper - 8/10
Similar to taranto and he kicked the banana which was super impressive, stepped up

The enjoyable thing about this post is that it sounds like the AFL media overplaying Essendon’s injury list while giving no credit to our injury list.
