Well played boys; Just missed a couple of easy goals to get in front when it mattered. A couple of undisciplined plays etc... hard fought contest all day (except for a patch in the first quarter)

An excellent game from Vlastuin, a rock in the backline.

Broad with some nice timely intercepts.

I thought Ross made some good plays when it mattered.

Sims/Faull competed hard. Lynch throwing his weight around.

Nank quality contest all day with Xerri.

Dow played really well early and faded a touch late.

Pretty good for a team at the start of their rebuild.

I'm not sure why everyone is getting emotional about the result. This game in the scheme of things means absolutely nothing. Both teams are rebuilding.

Both teams get draft picks at the end of the season. The future matters. Not the here and now.

Seriously, think about this game and this season in that context.

Not the worst loss in our history tbh.

Our forwards are to blame for this loss. Even though the midfield got belted during some parts of the game, the forwards had enough opportunities to win. Too many gettable misses. Little misses like that can end up losing you the entire game, and that’s exactly what happened today.

Kane McAuliffe’s kicking needs improvement, but he’s definitely shown enough to persist with. Should keep his spot for at least the next two weeks.
