If we just bomb it long to Heaver and Slay then we deserve to loose. You'd think Yze knows this intimately having come from the Ds. We can either play a second ruck/forward deep to make them accountable or stay small and go inside 50 with plenty of dirty ball.

Both Lefau and Kozi are much better as lead up forwards so we have to go in short, not just blaze away if we are any chance.

Ryan should have been in last week instead of Kosi…poor selection by MC
Kosi has been very ordinary in VFL…didn’t do anything to warrant selection
Ryan has been good in vfl and again last game - best on slotting 4, 17 hos etc

Lefau's first lead mark and goal for the game. Very good kick from Dow to his lead and the finish

Miller's kick was a bullet to Baker who smartly got out it out to KMac who kicked perfectly to MRJ... MRJ's brain snap almost cost us but Bolton's brilliance to get back to space and snap truly saved the day

Slick tap from Kosi down to a running JGTI to go I50, Mansell to worry Cole and give to Baker and the fake past Barrass and the good snap. Lovely play.

Dusty through 2 tacklers getting it back to McAuliffe to MRJ's 1-handed mark, to Baker's pickup on the bounce and Bolton's exquisite wide deep goal... sublime

Dow did well to smother Reid's handball, McAuliffe juggling run and gather was good... MRJ through traffic brilliant, Mansell's contest and recovery from McGovern and beating Duggan to the footy with a nice spin and then a kick under the tackle to get it to Lefau... champagne footy

Lefau & Kosi flew, but Dow was nicely at front & centre; good finishing by Baker/Sonsie/Bolton/Dusty.

Kosi's one-handed attempt ended up being a deft tap down to a front & centre JGTI and a beautiful kick to Lefau's advantage as he lead back towards goal; good finish, too

Lefau just monstered Cole against his attempt to tackle; plants him on the ground with just one arm; powerful!
Then he does it again in the 4th quarter to Duggan! brilliant display of power and skill.

Vlastuin's flying leap of a mark; definitely a chance for Mark Of The Year considering how long he was up there and how cleanly he took it. I re-did this GIF again with all of the footage throughout the game and slowed some bits down for empahasis... what a SCREAMER!
