He needs to prove himself once more even though I have been crying for him to play mid. If he comes in needs to be over ross.Cause MRJ deserves another chance based on his VFL BOG effort. Smith is too vanilla and a bit soft.
he will be straight in - nothing surerMRJ can play several good games in the VFL now for all I care, he's had plenty of walk-up opportunities at AFL level.

And done a job on Camerson, Kako and can't remember his name lst week but he's quick. Since Grimes has gone, we haven't had a lockdown defender, and he has done a good job on them.
He kicked one goal on Smith, a pass that Grimes wouldn’t have got to. Kicked 2 on Broad.Old man Cameron had his only good game of the year against Smith
MRJ’s done ok as a midfielder. So which midfielder does he replace and can that midfielder he replaces then replace Smith?Cause MRJ deserves another chance based on his VFL BOG effort. Smith is too vanilla and a bit soft.
He kicked three but only one was with Smith standing him. I thought he did a good job on him. Cameron had little influence on the game.Old man Cameron had his only good game of the year against Smith
His VFL “highlights” package was nothing to get excited about.MRJ can play several good games in the VFL now for all I care, he's had plenty of walk-up opportunities at AFL level.
I guess he couldn't play any worse than his last couple of games.Mrj in
So is that an endorsement?I guess he couldn't play any worse than his last couple of games.

For me he needs to string 4 or 5 good games together in the VFL before being recalled to the seniors. So is that an endorsement?
I think MRJ has to back it up. He played a good game but it was quite an open free flowing game, it will be raining this weekend and a bit of a slog, so won't be easy.
no we wont, every game will be winnable from next year in fact I already feel that way this seasonWe will still be re-building in 2026.
Not from what I saw. Cameron had 6 touches and only 1 of his 3 goals were on Smith.Fair enough. I thought Smith had his pants pulled down by a wily old veteran running on fumes.
Yes you don't become a midfielder overnight and step in and replace someone like Sonsie, last in line who has done his time in the VFL, without a few weeks at least of strong footy. Would be good if it did come to fruition because he really has a burst of 10m speed that not many do.For me he needs to string 4 or 5 good games together in the VFL before being recalled to the seniors.
Not until he backs it up a few times. So is that an endorsement?

Feel like they might make Clarke wait until after the byeVFL coaches votes. Blight was BOG last week and 2nd best on this week. He deserves a game more than Balta does. If Yze has any balls he'll make Noah bang the door down like he (usually) does with the kids. Blight in would mean Gray has to move forward, not ideal but still far better than not in the team at all.
GWS Giants 12.8 (80) def by Richmond 13.14 (92)
10 Maurice Rioli Jnr (RICH)
6 Jacob Blight (RICH)
6 Joel Garner (RICH)
4 Harry Rowston (GWS)
3 Judson Clarke (RICH)
1 Mohammed Yassine (RICH)
In: Blight, MRJ, Clarke
Out: Faull, Kmac, Green
fb- Broad, Miller, Vlastuin
hb- Banks, Blight, Brown
c- Clarke, Hopper, Ralphsmith
hf- Taranto, Gray, Campbell
ff- Sims, Lynch, Mansell

Having said all that, it'll probably just be Balta & Clarke in for Kmac and maybe Gray![]()
5 VFL matches along with an ultra-conservative rehab is surely enough?Feel like they might make Clarke wait until after the bye
